Head ShotEster Skiff, R.N.
Ester has a BS in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan College. She has over 30 years of professional nursing experience working with older adults with multiple chronic illnesses. She has worked in hospital settings, including Coronary Care and Intensive Care Units. In addition, Ester has significant experience working as a Community Health Nurse, assessing older adults and helping to establish and monitor home care services.


Head ShotDenise Brown, BSN RN CRRN CMC
Denise is a Registered Nurse with over 27 years experience in developing, implementing and monitoring effective home care plans for frail and/or confused clients. Denise's nursing expertise includes geriatrics, stroke rehabilitation, cardio pulmonary and oncology. Denise's professional memberships include the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and the National League for Nursing. Denise is a Certified care Manager and a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association.

Head ShotKirsten Shea, LMSW
Kirsten has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Nazareth College and a Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University. She has extensive professional experience as a Medical Social Worker, with special expertise in working with medically frail and / or confused older adults and with palliative care and end of life issues. As a Certified Social Worker, Kirsten provides compassionate support and counseling services for care giving families and older adults.

Esther has a Bachelor in Arts in Art from Yeshiva University, Stern College for Women and a Masters in Social Work from the NYU Silver School of Social Work. Esther’s passion is assisting older adults experiencing aging related problems to help them retain their independence and dignity. Care giving family members will find Esther to be an excellent advocate for their elder’s special needs and a valuable source of information regarding community services.
